What we collect

When you submit the quote form: name, phone, email, town, request details, notes, the page you submitted from, and the time. We also keep basic technical info (approximate country from our host and a hashed IP address) to prevent spam.

How we use and share it

We share your request with partner companies, typically up to 3 independent local storm shelter installers serving your area, so they can contact you by phone, text or email. We do this only when you check the consent box. We don't sell your information to data brokers.

Retention and your choices

We keep requests for up to 24 months. To have your request deleted, submit the form with "delete my request" in the notes using the same email.

Security

Requests are stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and are only accessible to us with a private access key.
